As of January 1, 2023, membership with the Culinary Tourism Alliance is now open to individual operators, destinations, sector organizations, educational institutions and culinary and agritourism stakeholders across Canada.

As an organization with over 15 years of dedication and commitment to growing food tourism, the depth of our expertise is unmatched. We are respected for our work in strategic experiential development, the unique networking opportunities we provide and the lasting partnerships we create.

We are committed to supporting the development of world class food tourism destinations - and Canada is top of the list. Canadaculinary.com launched in the spring of 2023 and is a powerful tool used by our members to amplify Canada’s food stories and tell new ones.
