Host a 2024 Feast On® Signature Experience

We know how to put on a damn delicious event.

Calling all Ontario members of the Culinary Tourism Alliance! We are currently seeking destinations to host a 2024 Feast On® Signature Experience. Our Feast On® the Farm events have been a massive success, so we are evolving our offerings to give host destinations more options for how they are programmed.

Why host a Feast On® signature experience?

These zero-waste, off-peak events celebrate the foodways of the region and provide an opportunity to educate consumers about local food and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SGD’s). Every dollar invested in the event is reinvested in your community through venue rentals, food costs, etc.

Feast On® events drive multi-day stays through the lens of taste of place. We’ll craft promotional content that entices visitors to stay longer and experience more of what your region has to offer.

The option to host an Industry Day creates a platform for host destinations to bring stakeholders together from across the culinary tourism value chain to engage in meaningful conversations in hot industry topics. Attendees learn from and with each other on how to address the UN SGD’s and how to bolster the local food economy.

Not in Ontario but interested in hosting an event with us?

What our past host destinations have said

  • Feast On® the Farm was an amazing event for our region! To showcase Simcoe County’s creative chefs featuring our local farmers and growers was spectacular on its own, but to add in local beverage products, the incredible learning experience; and most importantly, the opportunity for collaboration, really took this event to the next level. It truly helped reignite the passion and drive for the food and beverage industry in our destination after the pandemic, and we have seen so many creations and partnerships develop in the region since hosting.

    Brittany Black, Experience Simcoe County

  • The Town of Lincoln was thrilled to partner with the Culinary Tourism Alliance team to activate Feast On® the Farm in the Niagara Benchlands, as it provided the ideal platform for our diverse collection of Taste Makers to share their stories, talent and passion with both guests and industry colleagues alike. After years of languishing COVID-19 impacts, the return of thoughtful in-person events like Feast On® the Farm Consumer Day and Industry Day, allowed local operators to re-ignite relationships with consumers, local producers and key industry talent - fostering an environment for innovation, collaboration and celebration of Ontario’s unique culinary culture. If you have not hosted or been to a Feast On® event, you are missing out!

  • Partnering with the Culinary Tourism Alliance to bring their signature Feast on the Farm event to Peterborough & the Kawarthas enabled us to shed a spotlight on our region’s incredible food experiences, fresh ingredients and ideas, talented local chefs, and deep roots in agriculture. Not only did this event allow us to attract visitors from other areas of Ontario to experience culinary creations by three extraordinary chefs at Lang Pioneer Village (a signature attraction in our region), but the Industry Day also allowed for us to spark important conversations amongst local food businesses and restaurants on topics including sustainability, collaboration, and the importance of mental health.
