Our approach is unique.

Community engagement is central to all of our projects. Meeting and supporting growers, producers, chefs, business owners, economic developers, destination marketers, and everyone in between is the most rewarding part of our work.

We develop methodologies to build capacity within food tourism communities and work tirelessly to provide the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources for them to successfully grow food tourism as a collective. 

We practice community-based participatory research because we believe that food tourism development can only happen by building local partnerships and synergies across the food tourism value chain.

We scope out projects in consultation with each client, and develop work plans that leverage the combined skills, experience, and capacity that is available. We allow for projects to evolve in a way that is highly respectful of the needs and interests of each client.
