The session will also explore some real-world examples.

Employer-Oriented Training Programs by OTEC (Ontario Tourism Education Corporation) help employers with employee recruitment and retention. The Accelerated Leadership Training Series is designed for tourism and hospitality sector managers and leaders seeking to improve their managerial skills, build their people skills, and advance their careers. OTEC’s newest program, Reimagine to Succeed: Bringing Diversity to Tourism & Hospitality, is an innovative program designed to equip employers with the training, advice and confidence they need to hire and retain people with disabilities and build more inclusive workplaces.

Wine Country Ontario is excited to support the Feast On The Farm Industry Days and showcase the process of Sustainable Winegrowing in Ontario by offering insights to the foodservice industry. VQA's objective is to show the value of Certification by highlighting leading wineries and vineyards that are committed to the land, community, climate action, and social equity. Through this partnership, we hope to raise awareness about sustainable practices in both the culinary and viticultural fields.
