Erica Orleni joins Culinary Tourism Alliance as Programs Coordinator

Toronto, ON - The Culinary Tourism Alliance is pleased to announce that Erica Orleni has joined the team as Programs Coordinator.

We first met Erica at the 2021 TIAC Summit where she was volunteering. Erica was one of the students chosen for the Tourism Industry Association of Canada's Future Leaders' contest in partnership with Air Canada.

Erica attended the Hospitality and Tourism Administration program at Georgian College and wanted to grow in her field. After graduating, she spent 2 years in Banff, Alberta, working in the food and beverage industry. After returning to Ontario, she decided she wanted to continue her education. She completed her Master of Arts in Tourism Management at Royal Roads University in 2022. For her thesis, she explores the importance of Wellness in the Tourism Industry and how DMOs can assist in millennial travel through authenticity, affordability, and sustainability. One of Erica's goals is to become a college professor in the future and share her love and passion for the hospitality and tourism industry.

Please join us in welcoming Erica to the team!
