Custom Culinary & Agritourism Experience Design

Let’s Build Something Signature for Your Region

Some experiences aren’t meant to be one-offs — they’re meant to become part of your destination’s identity.

We work with destinations and organizations to design legacy culinary and agritourism experiences — the kind that showcase your region, support local operators, and continue to drive visitation and impact year after year.

What We Do

Whether it’s a flagship program, a seasonal series, or a one-of-a-kind activation, we handle the full experience design process from concept to launch.

Our work includes:

  • Identifying high-potential experience opportunities

  • Developing compelling, place-based concepts

  • Designing the full visitor journey

  • Collaborating with local operators, chefs, and producers

  • Supporting pricing, packaging, and positioning

  • Preparing experiences for market readiness

Our Approach

1
Discovery + Strategy

We start by understanding your region, your goals, and your assets.

2
Concept Development

We identify and shape experience concepts rooted in your region’s foodways.

3
Experience
Design

We map the full visitor journey from arrival to lasting impression.

4
Launch + Positioning

We help ensure the experience is ready for market and promotion.

Beyond Destinations

We also work with corporate teams and organizations to design elevated culinary and agritourism experiences that go far beyond standard event planning.

Instead of defaulting to catering and a venue, we create:

  • Interactive, story-driven food experiences

  • Memorable team gatherings rooted in place

  • Unique formats that feel intentional, not transactional

Recent Work

  • Kingstonlicious Signature Experiences

    in partnership with Visit Kingston

Our team had the opportunity to elevate their existing Kingstonlicious program by designing six diverse, bookable culinary experiences that went far beyond the typical prix fixe model. Each experience was intentionally varied in format and price point to broaden appeal and drive shoulder-season visitation. The result is a more dynamic, accessible program that encourages visitors to engage with Kingston in new ways.

  • Feast On: Tourism Day at Queen's Park

    in partnership with TIAO

Each year, we design the Feast On® reception at TIAO’s Tourism Day at Queen’s Park. By featuring Feast On-certified chefs alongside Ontario craft wine, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages, we bring the reception to life as a powerful platform to demonstrate the impact of supporting local producers and investing in culinary and agritourism across Ontario.

  • Great Taste of Canada Experiences

    in partnership with Parks Canada

These immersive experiences celebrated Canada’s culinary identity through regional ingredients, storytelling, and collaboration, including meaningful partnerships with Indigenous chefs and tourism organizations. Set in iconic historic locations, the experiences connected food, place, and culture in a way that leaves a lasting impression on visitors.
